such, the material will
have natural variations in its coloration from sheet to sheet. Although every
effort is made to ensure color consistency, Totally Bamboo is not responsible
for all sheets being identically matched. Our products are warranted against any
manufacturing error, but cannot be warranted against conditions that are beyond
our control, such as extreme dryness, humidity, abusive handling or care and
failure to properly install the top. All claims must be made, in writing, to
Totally Bamboo, within Five (5) Business days of receipt by consumer. Totally
Bamboo reserves the right to sanction any claims on our products and is not
responsible for transportation or labor involved in said
claims.
